Shipping

Accessory Outfitters ships only to United States addresses, primarily using the United Parcel Service (UPS).

All product is shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise specified or requested, from our physical store location in Beaverton, Oregon, or directly from the manufacturer. Shipping time varies from 7 to 10 business days.

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, or Internationally.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Warehouse Processing Time

All orders take 1-2 business days for warehouse processing to ensure order accuracy.

* Shipments to P.O. boxes are not permitted. For cart orders exceeding $500, your order will ship Signature Required. For oversized products, a surcharge will be applied by the carrier chosen. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

To return your merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

Send an email to info@accessoryoutfitters.com with your:          

  • Name
  • Email
  • Order number
  • Merchandise item(s) to return.

Once we receive your request to return, we will send you a UPS shipping label.  Pack your merchandise in original packaging, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.  Drop it off at a UPS service center or call UPS for pickup.
